| Opening in 2012, Johannah's Patisserie has been a refreshing addition to the small market town of Oakham. The ethos of the shop has focused upon drawing 'cake culture' to the shires from the city, with inspiration taken from the traditional patisseries in Paris combined with the contemporary bakeries of London and the US. Firm favourites are macarons and strawberry and champagne cupcakes, as well as the carrot cake and chocolate cake. The delicious variety of sweet treats are all able to be enjoyed with a selection from the range of artisan teas and coffees. |
