| Whether its elevenses, lunch or afternoon tea, Muker Tearoom can provide it. The tearoom is situated in the beautiful Dales Village of Muker and with coal fires in the winter and stunning views of the hills from the patio, it's the perfect place to stop and take a break. Fruit cakes are the specialty here. The wide range includes a fruit cake made with Old Peculiar Ale and one with Glendale Ginger Wine and Whisky cake – featured on the BBC2 Series Country Show Cook Off. Cakes vary from Victoria Sponge, Lemon Drizzle, Apple and Raisin, Rhubarb and Ginger to Gluten-free Chocolate Mousse Cake. The scones are pretty special too, served with Raydale Strawberry Jam and Stamfrey Farm Organic Clotted Cream. |
