Banana Bread

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Equipment
1 food processor
1 baking loaf tin
Baking paper

Ingredients
200g sugar
100g butter
2 bananas, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
300g plain flour
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 banana for garnish

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In food processor, blend sugar and butter until pale and creamy.
3. Add two chopped bananas, egg, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla until well combined.
4. Sift flour and cinnamon into the mixture as it processes.
5. Line loaf tin with baking paper.
6. Evenly pour batter into the tin.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Presentation
Cut last banana in half lengthways and place on top of banana bread. Glaze entire loaf with honey.
