Banana Cake

Equipment
1kg cake tin (eg. a loaf tin with the following dimensions: 24cm W x 13cm H x 8cm D)
  
Ingredients
150g butter
230g sugar
500g very ripe bananas
3 medium eggs
300g plain flour
3g baking powder
7g bicarbonate soda
150g water
 
Method
Cream the butter and sugar until pale
Add the bananas then the eggs
Fold in the flour and baking powder
Add the water and bicarb.
Bake at 160C until cooked, roughly 1-2 hours
Allow to cool before cutting
