Gluten & Dairy Free Banana Cake

Ingredients
 
3 cups ground almonds
Half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Quarter cup of oil or rapeseed oil
Quarter cup sugar
3 eggs - whisked
1 vanilla pod
2 bananas - mashed
 
Method
  1. Mix dry ingredients. 
  2. Mix together oil, eggs, vanilla & stir in bananas. 
  3. Mix Wet ingredients to dry. 
  4. Place in greased 9 inch baking loaf tin. 
  5. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
  6. Ice with buttercream (to keep vegan use Trex instead of butter)
